Transition House, Inc., Hope for Recovery from Mental Illness

Project Information

The Project began in January 2015 in an effort to empower personal well-being, improve mental wellness and increase life joy.  Participants are invited to engage in interactive discussions, education, and activities that promote personal well-being while empowering coping skills and mental wellness.

Community Wellness Project

Since 2015, the Wellness Project has been evolving thanks to feedback from participants. Community Wellness participants decided they preferred meeting every other Wednesday at noon for brown bag lunch gatherings. The new format allows participants to attend when possible.

Student Wellness Project

Student classes for the Wellness Project meet weekly during the Spring and Fall semesters. At this time, we're not able to offer OU class credit, however we will continue to offer the class. Click on TH Student Wellness Syllabus for additional details.
